從古時候到現代，珍珠在人類珠寶及貿易歷史中扮演著重要角色，至今仍是奢華產業的中心。L’ÉCOLE 珠寶藝術學院主辦的展覽「巴黎，珍珠之城」”Paris, City of Pearls” 講述了逾一世紀以來，珍珠帶給珠寶設計和巴黎珠寶商的激情與靈感，展出超過百件來自各博物館和品牌出借的經典之作，如巴黎裝飾藝術博物館(Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris)、巴黎小皇宮- 巴黎美術館、梵克雅寶(Van Cleef & Arpels)、卡地亞(Cartier)和弗雷德(Fred)等品牌的古董珍藏及傑出私人收藏的Albion Art等等。
